Garuda Pancasila

Garuda Pancasila is the emblem of the Republic of Indonesia and the name of an Indonesian national song. This symbol was designed by Sultan Hamid II of Pontianak, which is then refined by President Sukarno. Garuda is the bird in Hindu mythology, while the basic philosophy of Pancasila is the state of Indonesia.

Garuda state symbol regulated its use in Government Regulation no. 43/1958
